For over a decade I’ve travelled far and wide as a full-time UK and destination wedding photographer, tasked with the responsibility of capturing your genuine moments and the little, finer details others often miss.
As a photographer, I want my images to be more than just images.
A photograph should bring your story to life; it should capture every aspect of your special day as it unfolds – creating precious memories and silly smiles for years thereafter.
From my base in the picturesque rolling Northern Ireland countryside, I enjoy travelling to new destinations throughout the island, the UK and Europe – wherever you choose to exchange vows.
I’m particularly interested in the extraordinary and relish a wedding challenge!
For those keen to know more about me, I have an eye for the unusual and the hidden detail. I’ve always adored natural history and, since childhood have amassed a vast collection of old and unusual taxidermy and antique curios.
I love horror-films and plants, but ideally not at the same time, like Day of the Triffids! My bookshelves wane with heavy but beautiful photography books, and I tend to collect (and enjoy) rare gins.
My camerawork began with the intricacy of the natural world, until I saw the potential in people’s faces and expressions, their movement, vibrance and emotion. This led to an NME Photographer of the Year award.
I love my work and that my lens has served so many across the spectrum!
Most mornings will find me pottering in the garden, before working on clients’ photography long into the night – fine-tuning as a perfectionist does. I married my love of many years, Niall, and we now share our home with glossy books, curiosities and our sublime maine coons, Heiko and Rammell.
